How do elites feel now that hobby joggers have MUCH higher profiles than them?

    Well, he offers something people apparently want. I am thinking that far more of us can relate to his life than to the life of Galen Rupp.

    I think Meb does a good job (96K followers on twitter). Lolo Jones has over 430K. Why? well they are interesting people who offer things of interest.

    Rupp has not posted since 2012.

    Remember The Penguin? The guy almost everyone on here hated? Well, he had a huge following because he wrote pretty well and lots of people related and understood where he was coming from.

    Being a great athlete does not automatically make you interesting. You can be interesting without being a great athlete.
