In fact all this talk/type increases his internet score + money. Think hard about it. Internet score is a real thing. A quick search on LRC brings in a lot of threads mentioning his company. And those mentions bring targeted ads for popular products.
You really don't need experience to set up a new athletes federation. The IAAF was set up by amateurs, an ex-athlete is in charge of the IAAF right now, and other sports have shown it is possible.
The only thing that athletes lacks is balls.
There are definitely more athletes like Nick.
You can still have the IOC and the Olympics, that's separate. Many governing bodies deal with the IOC like other sports. The IAAF would become the BDO in the darts example, formerly amateur and stuck behind the times unwilling to attract too much sponsorship.
We don't NEED the IAAF.
