A fair number of college teams have at least one guy who smokes a lot of weed, even during the season. Since there are pretty much no college runners who can't break five, there are plenty in that situation.
I had a sprinter/stoner teammate who ran sub five the one time the coach made all the sprinters run a mile.
Lol there are plenty of d3, naia, juco guys who cannot break 5. Ironically they are usually the guys who don't party for fear it will make them slower, even though they are already slow...
