How do you know? The fact that she is behind her when Finn has only a sock on isn't very determinative. I recall seeing a photo of her with a shoe half off that I can't locate. The two runners closet behind her were the two Kenyans (I think they're Kenyans anyway). So there you go, an international conspiracy. Speculate away.
