You are right, she probably is more of a man than you, and many of us, but not naturally. For some federations, the ones that drug test, your testosterone-estrogen ratio if a woman has to be in a certain range. I bet hers is better than many guy lifters. To give you an idea of Becca Swanson, here are results from the 2004 wpo arnold classic, where drugs go. Notice how she lifts more than many of the guys.

You can't really come up with a number of pounds or even a percentage, but they help a lot. They are completely legal though, unless the rules have changed since I've been out of the game. They are a bitch to get in and out of, you can't do it yourself. Sometimes you need 2 people to help you get it on and off.

First off: nice nose bleed from that earlier picture. Yum. Sexy.

Second, the special shirts they wear aid and support the bench press through the bench press range of motion. It can increase the users bench by 20 to 35 pounds. The tighter it is the better, it keeps the arms locked in a benching groove by propelling the arms forward. Apparently you walk around like a sleepwalker with these things on.
