1) his prs were essentially fake, all were done on smith machines. You can military press way more on a smith machine.
2) his max MP was 500 on a smith machine
3) he took tons of steroids
4) he weighed 420 pounds out of BB competition weight
I saw pics of Kovacs lifting incredible weights in reputable bodybuilding mags and none were done on a smith machine. I repeat I never saw one pic of him using a smith machine. I remember seeing famous twins doing about 300 on behind neck MPs and that was impressive. I saw pics of Kovaks doing 500 for reps NOT on smith machine. Were those staged?
