Turn on the golf tournament. Now there's some out of shape people. Some of these golfers are obese!
I was at a pro-am once and the golfer was asked if they work out. They said and I quote "I don't need to work out, I walk 18 holes a day". The golfer that said this was out of shape and didn't last long on the tour...

I was just looking at some pics from back when I was in college - all I can say is someone should have fed me a steak. In all honesty, I looked like I had just been released from a POW camp. 6'2" 145 lbs - yes, I ran fast, but I was not fit. I probably ran faster in training than the OP and other bashers have ever run.
