And there are plenty of learned people that believe we are in the third stock bubble of the last 15 years. Driven, like the housing bubble, by a Fed that refuses to get out of the way.
I don't seem to have been blindsided by it.
I sold my house in May of 2014. The buyer had been previously foreclosed on. However, the party went thru counseling and was able to purchase the home thru the state "Neighbordood Stabilization Program." The house sold for $170,000, the state program paid $14,000 in downpayment, and to pay down points on the loan. The buyer made a payment of $500 to buy the house. I am afraid it is "here we go again."
