I think the difference here is males vs. females because I should say it's roughly 20 minutes. For guys, that's closer to 3 miles, for women, it's closer to 2. I usually run very slow to warm-up, like 9 minute pace.
When I was in my 20's and 30's , yes. I would run until I felt loose. Sometimes that would be 3 or 4 miles.

No one ever has warmed up for more than 2 miles and no one after you will ever do so again. YOU ARE THE FIRST AND ONLY TO ACCOMPLISH THIS MAGNIFICENT FEAT.

1 hour easy than 7.2k at tempo pace ? this is a Daniel's plan workout?
