What is the status of the course after yesterday's snow?
Open men's will be a mosh pit. Upper 30's after a few days of snow melting. Last race of the day, after 1200 runners have already plowed through.

Are they all registered with this specific track club within the last three months ?
If any of the athletes have been registered with other Nike clubs and now have been entered for this super team thrown together for nationals its against the rules. You cannot run under one registered club all year then switch for nationals to another club for scoring purposes.
Check the bylaws. Nike has tried this before.

Again do you have a different definition of USATF club that you're using? You seem to be making up the rules in your head as you go along.
The club is registered yes, not the issue. I would guess Nike has several registered clubs with athletes registered to specific clubs.
The issues is are these athletes registered to this specific club from prior competitions. If not they would have had to change clubs three months prior as I recall. You cannot assemble a team from multiple clubs last minute for entry into nationals. The rules in the USATF competition handbook are very specific.
If you have reason to believe an athlete is not eligible to compete for a club, contact Mike Scott.
