Please tell me what he compromised on. When he railroaded the bill through Congress with a Democratic majority in both houses...then proceeded to claim that it was the exact same law that Mormon Romney signed for Mass. I guess that's Obama's version of "compromise": sign a liberal piece of legislation and then claim that Romney's (he's REPUBLICAN) law in Mass was the ACA's poster child.

Follow that up with Jonathon Gruber admitting that Obamacare was fraudently sold on the American people and then frauds-in-chief Pelosi and Obama claiming that Gruber, who previously touted his genius, was just someone they just found out about. Laughable. Dems have no shame.

Jonathon Gruber? LOL, a lowly professor who DID NOT write the ACC. He helped write Romneycare.

The Affordable Care Act is working in part because, instead of giving in to us Kucinich Democrats and fighting for single-payer, President Obama compromised with Republicans and adopted free-market policies that Republicans like Mitt Romney advocated and enacted.

Sweet Jesus. They spent over a YEAR debating the ACA and stupid Republicans keep telling us they "railroaded it" or "shoved it down our throats". How long did you think they were going to debate it before voting? 2 years? 5 years?

Also, my insurance went up 30% this year because of ACA. I'm now paying over 1000/month and my plan is WORSE than it was before. And I'm middle class, mind you.

You conservatards bemoan that the Dems had the majority, then complain about when the vote was taken? What difference does it make? You're grasping at straws!

I'm not a conservative, but I do think that our politicians should have some sort of integrity.

Just because the republicans are idiots doens't mean the democrats can lower their standards. If you believe the bill is good, and it can actually enact a positive difference (which it has not) then put it to a true vote of the entire congress.

If you have to go to great lengths to pass a bill in a fashion that is barely legal... what does that say about said bill?

It was passed by the entire Congress. Try to keep up.

Actually it's you that are lying (as usual). The poll you state has nothing to do with support for immigration, the poll is whether or not Obama should fix attempt to fix the problem via executive action.

A clear majority in the same poll support what was done (or planned to be done at the time of the poll), with 50% supporting immigrants being allowed to stay and apply for citizenship, and another 13% supporting immigrants being allowed to stay just not being able to apply for citizenship. Even among Republicans a slim majority supports immigrants staying.

So crawl back into your echo chamber with your butt-buddies and stop looking like such a fool.

BTW, interesting that the conservatives made big hay about suing Obama on the same day they quietly releasing the finding that CLEARED THE OBAMA ADMINISTRATION OF ALL WRONGDOING OR INTELLIGENCE FAILURES IN BENGAZI! Republicans admit they lied all along, Rice, Obama, Hillary, all innocent! Stick that up your ass and light it.
