He has run 20.24 this season. Last season he ran 20.07. Just three years ago ran 19.80. Still young.

Thanks for posting that Jesse. Interesting list. First thing that stands out is that 4 of these guys are still competing and are in the prime of there careers (or 3 are in the prime and Allen is just entering)

Ash smacked his first hurdle in the 12.99 and coasted after H10. Even in the final he looked great. He needs to get back to racing.

Trackcoach go look at video of his final. Great start. But man he could barely get over that 10th and he still ran that fast! Amazing.

Do you think running 13.1 or 2 and getting dead last would have been better for him? He may think he can get by on whatever he has been doing and still be able to win everything.

I really hope this is an eye opener for the rest of the US hurdling corp and they get back to work. This kid has now made 12.80 approachable by everyone. Their is a debate/talk on Kevin Youngs 400IH WR on another thread and its general softness. This event is in the same category.

A 19 year old freshman wins the USATFs and NCAAs, who comes from a gene pool that has in 50 years not produced a single 110m hurdler of note. That he was able to beat world champ medalists and highly experienced olympic hurdlers after starting the season at 14 seconds STRONGLY screams of a Lance Armstrong situation where this kid is using a cutting edge PED stack.

I saw clips of him running races in football camps last year, he didn't win any of them at the elite camp and now he's beating olympians.

LOL, that you people aren't realizing what is going on. Such a substantial improvement in a race where everyone else has been doing it for decades.

100% PEDs. I bet the stack is HGH, some EPO, an a short-acting testosterone. When he goes to Oly trials or Olympics, his performance will drop off dramatically once the testing is more rigorous and he isn't in his home country, having + results hidden.
