Hold breath for five seconds then blow out slowly. Take the valve out of your mouth and catch breath. Do another Ten inhalations and exhalations. Four to Five times daily, before workout and before bed. What this does is relaxes your respiration cycle and it is alongside mental training a good thing to do before bedtime.

Just stick together two pieces of 3/4" pvc pipe and a ball valve. I made one of these a few years ago. It works great.
