    SORRY GUYS!!!! I have you both beat!!!

    Going into the Olympic Trials this year, I had a 5k PR of 15:11 and a marathon PR of 2:18:27.

    The 5km PR is from the Iowa State indoor track.

    You're only loosing 71s per 5k when you go from running 1 to nearly 8.5 in a row!
