Colgate does not seem to keep distance coaches very long. There is too much turn over at Colgate. They just aren't committed to winning in cross country.

The University of Texas is looking for a volunteer assistant coach. They want someone in place by early January.

HAMILTON – Arthur McKinnon, now in his 25th season as head coach of the Colgate men's cross country and track and field programs, is being promoted to Director of Cross Country/Track and Field, effective 2014-15.
McKinnon will assume supervision of both the men's and women's programs at the end of the current academic year and upon the departure of women's head coach Laura Nardelli, who is relocating with her family to New Hampshire.

I have no idea all I know is what she claims on social media and what her boyfriend claims in his blog.

That's pretty wild! Nothing offical of annoucement anywhere.... I believe she is connected somehow with David Dumble through David's wife who is a former Cougar.... Likely Dumble got the job and they are waiting to accounce later....
Guess that is a volunteer assistant coach at WSU - her boyfriend Drew Polley is getting his masters at WSU now.

what a joke this "profession" of college coaching is. it disgusts me that i chose to run in college….chose to give back to the sport….only to know that track and field is full of the biggest slime balls in the f*cking world and a brain is not required to to get a job.
I can't wait until the major 4 conferences split from the ncaa and then they cut every track program in the country.
