I had a guy introduce himself to me after spotting letsrun up on my laptop at a bar. Local coach.
I was seen viewing LRC in a coffee shop. The guy at the next table mentioned he frequented the site. We visited about where we ran in college and that was that.
I was running late at night and saw a light on in a basement window. Some middle-aged guy was on a computer on letsrun, and his mom was standing there at the top of the steps in a bath robe yelling at him to turn off the computer.
Actually, I've seen the same scene many different times in many different cities.

I haven't heard the name Cybulski thrown around in a while. Good times. What is your connection to these runners. Was AJ showing him this at Nike Nationals (or CA state meet)?
I've been on letsrun inconsistently since about '04. Never once have I seen someone else on it. However, a former teammate recognized me on here by one of my posts. Which was weird, because my post was a very general comment about our college team in '98 and it could have been any of 20 of us who posted it.

Great question. My girlfriend walked in on me. She thought it was some perv/dating site because it looked so sketchy/amateurish. Then when she realized what it was, she started acting weird and broke up with me two days later. Been single ever since. Thanks, Letsrun!
