MLB? Hitting a MLB pitch is tough stuff.
Professional players can hit a ball pretty well. Getting a hit is a different story, you know the defense and all. The pitches they don't hit are generally outside the strike zone. And the whole deception thing plays in there. Not saying I could hit the ball, but the pro's are plenty proficient at it.
