Yes of course. Also darts pros could easily become top high jumpers. They use a lot of explosive strength when pushing away on their back leg to throw the dart.
If they lost some weight I'm sure they would be getting WRs in the high jump.
But we'll never know since a dart champion earns 50x more than a high jumper.
