I can smell marijuana smoke coming in my window. I think my neighbors are smoking it. Call the police?

This used to happen to me a lot. Our neighbors would smoke in their backyard on weekends. It got a little loud out there sometimes. I came over on a Sunday morning and just said that I didn't care, but if I could smell it others could smell it too, and they may not be of my opinion that it's no big deal. The guy thanked me, knowing he was being a little too public with his smoking. Wasn't a problem after that.

Hot bodied butterfaced young European gal nextdoor smoked pot. I knocked on door ask if I can borrow a pipe of pot. We became lovers that day then started getting wasted together every night. I quit my job to smoke pot 24/7 she started to take in johns to support our habit. Seven years and five live births later still getting wasted every night. The proceeds from selling the babies will keep us in premo bud for a decade.
