You guys realize Nick Willis constantly spouts off about training his endurance? He says he gets up to 90-95 mpw with one day off per week. His base (fundamental) phase is all easy, long and tempo runs followed by plyos, gym work and sprints.

He tweeted on the 1st June that he 80 miles over the last 7 days.

willis posted he was doing 90 mpw in base training back in NZ before heading out to Michigan. Im with you! But I don`t laugh at the guys thinking you MUST have tons of mileage. I just notify it and thinking: " If they only had been knowing that a lot of that mileage they do is simply "junkmileage"..... "
