My two personal favorites were My Three Sons and The Munsters because they have great arrangements--My three sons is a saxophone against a marimba (if I remember right) and the Munsters is boogie-woogie!
The same guy, Vic Mizzy, wrote The Addams Family song and Green Acres as well.
That's Lester Flatt and Earl Scruggs, legends in their own time, playing banjo and guitar for the Beverly Hillbillies (but not singing).
We would be remiss if we did not cite The Mickey Mouse Club at least once.

Many worthy contenders thus far. The first that came to mind was Beverly Hillbillies as well, followed by Gilligan and Green Acres. (Didn't necessarily like any of those shows, but the intro music was spot on). But who can forget, (if you are as old as me) the iconic music of the Honeymooners, Peter Gunn, and 77 Sunset Strip? I still get chills anytime I hear them.
