36:03 10k. In the middle of marathon training. Used the race as a hard tempo. Resisted sprinting at the finish so my legs would not be trashed for a big long run tomorrow. Legs were trashed this morning. So much for that plan.

Best I saw the other day at the local race was a 15:45 by a HS frosh. (14 yr old). Beat his older brother who is a DII runner.
Not Bad, I also did a 10k, my time was 42:10, my best yet. it was a perfect day for running
Shot 100 for 18 holes today...47 for the back nine. Both PRs.

I ran a turkey trot 5K in Rhode Island this morning "for fun" (no real expectations since my XC season in Seattle just ended, but I still raced as well as I could).
Walked away with a 49 second PR of 19:07 and $100 cash (first overall woman). It feels good to finally be getting faster.
5k : 22:40 on a hilly course with a 130 foot rise in the first mile. Course not certified as far as I know and someone had posted a map my run link where it apeared as 3.16. Was 3rd in my age group 18th woman top 200 overall. Race had 6000 runners granted nearly half were slower than 13 min pace.
Ran Dana Point. Nick Arciniaga ran a 29:29 10k (3rd) and a 14:39 5k (1st). The 10k is the money race. I realize it is pretty much a Marathon pace tempo run for him, but still impressive. Decent race for me, but the lead women's pack got away from me.
3rd overall in a Turkey Day triathlon. 1/3 mile swim, 16 mile bike, 2 mile run. Really fun!
