Im sure we will hear about more race directors jumping on the bandwagon to get their 15 minutes of PR. Lance was not entered in the event , purely a publicity stunt on Carey's behalf.

Please make note that Carey is now penalizing all that benefit from Lances charity organization by slandering it as well. The organization does good for lots of people the world over.

It is no surprise the chicaco marathon is promoting drugs, making a big deal out of saying drugs are the way for people to perform at their best.

It's a bunch of corporate BS and totally not true.

Look in any hospital and see how people are doing on those drugs - not so good.

Barring Armstrong was definitely a move for publicity, nothing else. He probably didn't even enter the race.

You're right....what you wrote is just plain wrong. Armstrong is banned for life for not contesting the USADA in court. He was given the chance to defend himself and chose not to...the old Animal House defense...how did it turn out for them? Well, Blutarski did become a Senator, so maybe there is hope for Lance.
