Berryhill ran about 15 miles per week in high school and played football. It has to be tough for colleges to recruit as the kids that are running 60-80 mpw in high school probably have a lot less upside than some kid who was running slightly slower but off of limited mileage and multiple sports. It's crazy how many miles coaches have these kids running at such a young age (and it starts well before high school).
