M: I didn't reread your earlier post so I didn't do the correct workout. I don't think it mattered because this was brutal after 2 weeks off and I only managed 4 repeats. Shocked at how quick I backslid.
WU - 1M + stretches
Hills - 4 x (100m/3:30 rest)
0:19.15, 0:21.05, 0:19.54, 0:21.33
CD - 1M + stretches
Knee felt pretty good. Still wearing the strap to be careful. Second toe is still bruised.

Th: This workout went better than Monday's, but I think I was running them like sprints. You had said to do this at 85%, but now I assume you meant 85% of 5k pace not all out pace.
WU - 1.25 + stretch
Intervals - 8 x (1:00/1:00 rest) After the fourth I just did full rest. Abandoned it 30 seconds into ninth interval. Distances are in miles.
0.17, 0.15, 0.16, 0.16, 0.16, 0.17, 0.17, 0.16

Knee is back to normal or better, but my second toe is just staying bruised. It's moved off the metatarsal head and is not just in the first bone. Still icing.
Overall I feel good, but was a little surprised at how bad Monday went.
I haven't uploaded my Garmin yet so I don' know what all my paces were on my easy and long run.
