Question: Are there any actions/activities that both sexes are capable of doing (i.e. not stuff like "childbirth") that women, on average, can do better than men?
Yup, there are. Just look at gymnastics as an example. Men's gymnastics is much more strength focused -- their vault focuses on power, and they compete on rings, which is very strength focused. In contrast, women's gymnastics focuses more on balance and control. For example, women compete on the balance beam - men don't.
On the average, women have more flexibility and lower centers of gravity, which gives them an advantage in activities like yoga, dance, certain aspects of gymnastics and figure skating, etc.
