Props to LV doing what he enjoys. He is certainly an incredible runner, but who knows if he'll be good enough to be competitive on the world stage. Not to mention the tri's and variety might help him avoid running burnout.

Rule number one. Never tail tire to tire unless you have extensive time trial-ing experience.
A) If he was going to school for an education he would have chose a better school
B) If he wasn't world class at Tri's he wouldn't be at all good at running, he wins Triathlons by being the fastest runner just like every world class triathlon competitor.
C) Comparing a 12:40 5k to a Ironman is ignorant, that's like comparing the ability to score 60 points in a basketball game to scoring 6 goals in a soccer match, the shit is impossibly rare and happens maybe once a year.
D)Who said he can't do both? I hope Vin does lay into him about his Triathlon competition and he transfer to some DIII school and goes on to focus on tri's more simply because he gets so much shit for "ruining his running "career""
