Clearly he has been working on his speed as he is easily under 2 seconds.

If he is running .041265 meters per second, that means it would take 2 hrs 41 min to run a 400. If you ask me he needs more speed work.
at his best, whatever PR he ran in HS. but last time we saw him he wasn't in shape to run anything faster than 4:17 in the mile, so...
If you'll go back and read the quoted post, the guy said divide his pace by 130 and you get his 400m time. That was all. Clearly we can throw out units and trust the guy who said that, because anons always know what they're talking about. Therefore, I was 100% spot on in my prior post.
