I think in total, Gags had 4 Penn relays wins while at Roselle Catholic. He knows how to motivate!
anyone know what the situation at rutgers is like nowadays?? does gags primarily coach the distance guys or mulqueen? also anyone know why they were a no-show at regionals? they're not THAT bad that they shouldn't even show up

Not sure of gags status on Rutgers but i can say that the program at rutgers should be one of the better ones in the big east(AAC), in large part due to the talent that comes from the state, I have a HS teammate who finished 6th at MOC's our sr year and he has not improved much since then. This is true for most of the team actually in the Mid-D/Distance events. They even had 2 4:50 guys last year. Yes you read that right 4:50 milers. Yet there are many students at rutgers who would like the chance to try out who are way better than a 4:50 and the coach simply wont give it to them. so things are not as good as they can be
