    I think it shows you how little respect there is for the sport for two reasons:

    1. There is a complete lack of professional ethic and effort by past runners to create a sport that is entertaining to the public.

    2. The sport was always intended to be a pathway to other objectives and there is a certain purity in that goal.

    So Randy Couture dies today and gets on espn.com main page but no Wanjiru when he dies? WTF? Wrestling isn't even a real sport. Shame on the editors at ESPN. Everyone needs to start to write e-mails to editor and to the ombudsman. Silence will only allow them to continue to pull this BS.
