It was with the Colorado Track Club in a big road race as a post-collegian. Ted looked over to a guy wearing a Nebraska singlet and said lispily: "Hey big fella, wanna touch d!cks?" The Nebraska guy got totally sketched out and literally took his first 400 out in 57.
