Love it. The staple workouts seem to be:
Monday - 800's and 400's
Wednesday - 400's, 300's, and 200's
Early on the 800's are like 5k race pace but they become more like 3k as the season progresses. 400's start at like 3k but become mile race or just under.
300's and 200's progress from mile pace to 800 pace (27's) when sharp.
