The only thing you can condemn this guy for is agreeing to be on this shithole show to begin with. As for how he comes off? That is almost completely in the hands of the directors and editors. None of us could control what kind of person we appeared to be if we were plopped on the show. You know practically nothing about how someone "really" is by watching a "reality" show. (I'll grant you know something about them by the fact that they PURSUED being on a reality show, though.)

I ran cross country and track with this guy in 2001 and 2002 at UW-Oshkosh and he was a cool person, genuinely a nice guy -- I haven't watched the show yet, a friend of mine told me there was this "Kirk" runner from a Wisconsin college that was on the show and we figured out it was him. Best of luck to him, hope he wins, and hope his condition gets better from the mold poisoning -- I'm getting over a lung disease as well, something different than he had...

My friend (hotter than Ali) said she fell in love with you last week (but she also had a bottle of wine) .. If you didn't win the show you should try to meet her (next fall she's in my wedding in Oshkosh) !

is John C on the show John Cote the Washington state all time hs 800m record holder with a time in the 1:49 range. The guy is 32 and the runenr graduated in 1997 so time frame might be able to match up? anyone know what happened to cote after hs?
