70kg x 2.2 pounds/kg = 154 pounds, numb nuts
70kg x 2.2 pounds/kg = 154 pounds, numb nuts
hes not 70kg thats why, numbnuts (how stupid do you feel...)
why should we use pounds! your the only friggin country stuck in the dark ages of measurement. Get with the program or at least stop expecting to wait up for you.
Because the United States is the only country that matters.
Obviously.
In a 3k weaight is not much of an issue anyway. I have heard that Rizhine is 5'7'' and 115. Very very light runner. But keep this in mind, I rember reading in an story about Henry Rono that he he was 5'8'' and 140. That is a lot bigger. And he ran much much faster then either one of these guys and Hile G. is sead to be 5'4'' and 121. And he has run much much faster then Rizhine also. Bottom line is that the size of a runner is not as much of an issue as most would think.
well, he sure as hell isn't 170 pounds, like some other idiot posted on this thread

ritz ran a ~1:51 and ~4:02 ... in high school. don't hate on his speed. he looked pretty good out kicking Hall.
1:51? 4:02? where and when?
more like 1:55, and 4:05.9
Willis would win anything 2999 on down. Ritz would win anything 3001 on up. 3k, they tie. 7:41.12 in a hotrace. Ritz will run 3:35 someday off of pure strength.
what makes you say willis is at near peak?
I would say that given he's getting ready for Athens he's about 4 months off his peak. [quote]SolRichards wrote:
