The internet is amazing, wonderful, and scary all at the same time. Used to be we could bust our team mates and training partners on runs, during practice, or on the way to and from meets.

Now we can pile on runners who are complete strangers to us....from anywhere in the world!

if any of you can figure out what college and high school i ran for (and what my PRs are) then i will be impressed!

i don't see these comments as all bad. i asked for feedback. im fine with all the responses. i was prepared before i submitted. an artist likes to share his work to the world. in some ways its similar to the reason we compete in track/xc races so that we may display our talents in comparison to others. while there is no one else posting music here (that i have seen lately), i wanted to show my creations to fellow runners since i myself am a runner (somewhat still though not as much as i'd like to be).
