The frat guy who mentioned the syran wrap idea actually has a good idea. It sounds impossible, but i have been to one of these, they are hilarious.
Basically, the girls take it seriously, and the guys just do it half-assed, but no one ever questions it.
Girls look hot as hell, and it leads to lots of random nakedness.
Another idea is a Christmas Thong party. This is good if you have a group of people who wouldn't normally show up to a party in a sexy/naked type outfit (most groups, especially runner girls).
Rules are that girls have to wear a Christmas Thong or they cannot get in. Guys have to wear Christmas Boxers. It starts out rather tame, but since girls went out of their way to buy a Christmas Thong, they usually end up drunk and wanting to show it off after a few drinks. Obviously guys don't give a crap if they have to show their boxers. This sounds stupid and middle school, but it can actually work out better than "sexy santa" or whatever, where 90% of the girls end up just wearing a tight t-shirt.

Funny that this has been mentioned twice. I have a guy who started working for me a few months ago that was a big frat star in college. He was telling us about Syran wrap parties over lunch a few weeks ago. These are all the rage. They didn't have these in the nineties, at least not at my school. Too bad.
instead of a keg by lots and lots of different 30 racks, and individually wrap each can. You unwrap to find out if you have been naughty or nice. If you get a natty light you must have been naughty and if you get a good beer you have been nice.
30's would get too costly...stick with kegs
