Jorge had a better high school career in cross. You have to look at four years and in that time he was 2-1-1-1 in a tough state and 13-5-2-1 at footlocker. He also qualified for world xc twice finishing around 30th as a junior. What Jorge was able to do as a frosh and soph gives him the edge.

I could care less about Torres making World Jr. XC team, state record, Footlocker record. *YAWN* Ritz's World Jr. Bronze Medal while still in highschool trumps everything. Not even close.
