The thing that really stood out to me, watching her last PR 800, was how controlled/relaxed she was. It is not 'effortless', but it is a fine line between strong/controlled/relaxation versus 'overstraining'.
The other runners parted like the Red Sea...dream trip through the field on the rail.
I think the poster was referring to her ability last race to hang to the rail most of the race unimpeded, as if the other runners mysteriously got out of her way.

Agreed, there is no way Brock would encourage, let alone allow her to use drugs.
As I've posted before, he'd throw anyone off his team and out of his life for using drugs.

All events 400 and under including 400h and 4x400 really have to use starting blocks.
I think her time is irrelevant. The key here is that she's going to "swing a heavy bat" by running the 4, thereby making the early pace in her WC 800s (hopefully plural) seem easier.
