I was 20 when I was first introduced to steroids. As I said, I was recruited to a university in the states, and so was a good prospect. Remember, Big Ben had just been flagged in Seoul, and this was still on everyone's minds. Obviously, we all knew what each other were doing, but it was an unsaid rule to not talk about it. I was good without drugs, but would have never done what I did without them, unfortunately. When I say that steroid use was rampant in international sprinting, that does not even scratch the surface.
