Anyone slower is a Turtle.
Anyone who can spell relevent is also smarter.
Somebody overtaking me is fast.
I have been a runner for years and never run faster than 18:05 as an 'adult' and 16:05 3m XC in HS. To those I beat I was fast to those in front I was slow. What I do know is that running close to your max potential is a rush and it 'feels' fast regardless of what the stop watch says.
