I received an email from MeMe Roth the head of actionagainstobesity.com she confirms that someone was impersonating her on here and that she did not make the post.
So my apologies to all.

Mr. Chest says that you have very well proportioned. A well proportioned body is a beauty to behold.
Your coach is just jealous because he's a puny little runt and wants to have the toned body that you have.
ha ha haaaaaaaaaaaaa.

Made a mistake! It's 16.2% not 19.2%!
Wow, that is amazing for a female sprinter! Just from looking in my old Exercise Physiology text, it says the average % body fat for a female sprinter is 19.3% (and 15.2-19.2% for a female distance runner). You have nothing to be ashamed of! Just make the right food choices.... print off the Food Pyramid (the old food pyramid, NOT the new one) and put it on your refrigerator. Whole, fresh foods and less processed/fast food. The training will take care of itself.
Thank you to all that posted helpful comments. I'm watching what I eat but still eating enough. I'm making sure that it is good food, lots of lean protein, fruit, veg, low fat dairy. I'm looking forward to a great year next year.
