Nikki has the right, and has earned the right, to compete. I don't believe she has the moral obligation to boycott. She had a great race and PR'ed while earning a bronze. Good for her!
To equate Nikki with Rachel Dolezal is ridiculous.
She ran a solid race. She has been so very consistent over the last 2 years. Congrats to her! If she can pick up one of those in outdoor as well - that would be a feat!
I agree. She ran an incredible race. She has been super consistent the last 2 years and is competing really well. I only wish St. Pierre went up against her more frequently. Curious to see if any other woman can catch her by outdoor season.

I think you misunderstood the point of that poster. I don't think the issue is whether Hiltz has the right to compete. The issue is whether Hiltz is appropriating identity that does not belong to them.
Impressive indeed. Nikki has consistently shown up when it matters, especially in US championships.
Hiltz choked in 2021 Olympic trials and didn't medal in 2024. And yet she continues improving – in the 1500 – at age 31 going on 32. She's either doping or her mastectomy helped her a ton. I lean toward the former – I didn't know she had them cut off since her chest was already incredibly flat.

Nikki has done so well that people now think “where’s the Olympic medal?!” is an insult for an athlete that was supposedly done now RACKING up US titles.

People don't peak naturally in the 1500 at age 31-32. Kipyegon (who almost certainly is doping) at least gave birth so you can view her with the "training age" of a 29-30 year old runner. Hiltz did not.

Where are you getting 32 from? Nikki doesn't turn 32 until October 23. That's almost 7 months away.
Nikki's absolute 1500m PB came at age 29.
Nick Willis ran his 1500m PB at age 32.

So is Nikki so good that it must be due to doping or does Hiltz suck at running? Pick a lane. You contradict yourself.

She's in her age 31-32 year. She ran her fastest indoor 1500 ever in 2026. And she first broke 2 at age 28, 1:59 at age 30.

If Hiltz competed as a man (why doesn't she ever do so when she wakes up feeling like a powerful king?) she would get dead last. And even as a woman she hasn't medaled outdoors.
