Can someone tell me how the men's 1600 leg went at ACCs?
Specht split 3:55.34. The UVA anchor split 4:01.57.
How fast did UVA and BC take it out on the 1600? they had a a 6+ second lead over specht
what I saw is UVA, BC, VT went out in about 0:60, Stanford caught them going 0:57. The group went thru 800 about 2:03 (2:00 for Stanford) and by then WF had caught up with about 1:57.

What’s happening to Coach Flo and Texas? Only 2 men and 2 women in the final. One men under 47 in the 400. No men under 21 in the 200. No men competing in the 800. Aside from Lucas Bons in the mile, who they’ve ruined as well, nothing in distance whatsoever.
Will the Maxwell twins save his job… As a Ut Alum, it’s a shame what he’s turned the Texas Relays into and how irrelevant this track program is…

Theres been a bit of an exodus from the Texas program for a while. I've heard he's spread pretty thin because of his pros and so the only person who gets any real attention is Alfred.
Obviously their distance program has suffered from some turnover over the past few years too.
