Was it weed or does paraphernalia mean they found hypodermic on them?

Sha'Carri is speeding and gets pulled over.
Cops trying to arrest Sha'Carri - fair game, she broke the law
Sha'Carri calls Coleman - why I don't know.
Coleman shows up on scene trying to "negotiate" her release, which if he had 2 brains cells he would know is not possible.
Coleman starts getting "animated," and is told to step back. He refuses to calm down and leave the scene and is asked for his ID.
Coleman refuses to give his ID saying he hasn't broken the law.
Cops say he is "obstructing" and place him under arrest.
They now legally search his vehicle subsequent to arrest and find a marijuana pipe and weed (not crack as people are saying). He is thustly charged.
Not the crime of the century, but the same crime committed over and over by stupid people, the crime of ignorance and entitlement. Whether it's racist or not, is irrelevant at this point. It's predictable and smart people avoid doing things with predictably poor outcomes.
Too bad USATF let her off with the "marijuana" excuse to miss the Olympics when anyone with a highly intelligent brain knows they (usatf and SCR both cuplable) let her off easy for a more serious PED offense so both entities wouldn't be hit financially.
Whats with all of the unnecessary drama? Driving 104 mph? Why not just tow a trailor with a blinking sign and a big flashing arrow that says "SPEEDING" and "WEED" and "FVK THE PO PO"?
There is something defective about her and her posse.
I wonder if you would have used terms like "posse" and "FVK THE PO PO" if she was white,,,well???
No comparison. In one situation, deaths are the result of traffic accident, albeit speeding being a factor. In the other, you have anonymous, trigger happy thugs, bullying poor brown people. No comparison.
And yes, people, including US Citizens and legal residents, have been kidnapped by masked ICE agents whisking them away in unmarked vehicles. It was kidnapping because the agents had no legal justification for using force and deception to take US Citizens away against their will.
The only people ICE shot were unruly white protestors. The only brown people shot was by an unruly white protestor.
If you see the camera footage, she was dangerous!!!! When will people learn not to interfere with law enforcement. They have a job to do. Injecting yourself into her situation is beyond ignorant. If you have issues, work them out in court, not along a Florida highway. Stupid is as stupid does.
Isn't medical marijuana legal in Florida now? It seems like that would be a problem for drug paraphernalia laws.
Key Details on Florida Medical Marijuana: Legal Status: Legal for medical use only; recreational use remains illegal. Access: Requires a recommendation from a qualified physician and a state-issued medical marijuana card. Qualifying Conditions: Includes conditions such as cancer, epilepsy, glaucoma, HIV/AIDS, PTSD, ALS, Crohn's disease, Parkinson's disease, multiple sclerosis, and other debilitating conditions. Purchasing: Products must be purchased from state-licensed Medical Marijuana Treatment Centers (MMTCs).
I'm sure if he produced the medical card he would not have been arrested.
weed should be completely legal, but all this "medical" stuff is mostly BS. It's not a painkiller and is as likely to make something like PTSD much worse, as better.
Getting to full legality in many states needed a long, drawn out medicalization campaign to get through to a stubborn public.
Elliot Hill will come to the Rescue, he will not let his Company's Top American Star go down and he wont let her boyfriend go to jail either, Shacarri is the Biggest Female star in the USA Except MAYBE Sydney Mclaughlin-Mcgrone, Shacarri is the Heavy Favorite to win in 2027 and then The Big One Los Angeles Olympics in 2028, Even though Mellissa Jefferson-Wooden was the best last year
Ugh! Hate to see this, I think Chris is a good guy especially for having the patience to deal with Shacarri's chaotic life. He showed up to try and help and got arrested. Brutal. He deserves better.
Also the "whereabouts did this happen" joke always makes me chuckle, never gets old. Well played.
Idk, the drug paraphernalia charge tells me things unfolded a bit differently than how this narrative suggests.
I guess I’m not in their shoes, but if I made tons of money running track for a career I would not be constantly putting myself in unnecessary career jeopardizing situations over and over again. This is turning into quite the pattern for both of them and idk if it’s fair just to dump all of the blame on richardson.
I wouldn't be putting blame on one person. Take your stance from the periodic table. Elements bond with who they're meant to. Sometimes the compounds are harmful or volatile.

In the car? You think you are allowed to drive with drug paraphernalia next to the driver? No.
Alcoghol is also legal. You can't drive with it.
i know the us has weird rules, but if you are legally allowed to use a drug, how are you not allowed to have the paraphenalia to take it?
on another note, in many coutries where it is medically allowed, like the uk, smoking is still always illegal for obvious reasons, so our police would test the residue, take a saliva swab and do you anyhow with or without prescription. annd fair enough according to the law.
so in the uk, you can have a herbal vape containing prescription cannabis in the central console, you can have thc and metabolites >2ng/ml in your blood but as long as not impaired, all ok.
