Masters running is not that important, but some Masters it is their identity. The problem is once you start using HRT your body doesn't starting making hormones naturally.
well I'm a masters runner with 51 years of running experience (this is true - started at age 10 and am now 61). I use nothing.
no ibuprhen
no aspirin
no suppliments
no whatever
and still run just fine.
(you said almost all use HRT) how do you know this?
what are you basing your facts on?
I don't even know what HRT is. So if you are keeping some kind of running total, put me down in the does not use column. Thank you
