Bro is 29 and one of his priorities is to get the perm broccoli hairstyle zoomers have…
If he gets a life sentence, would he be the fastest male with a life sentence ever? Pistorius comes to mind, but certainly the fastest 800 runner, no?
thats called cocaine rage

Probably not. See Tim Danielson.
Obviously murder is wrong, but when you mess with other guy's ex's, bad things tend to happen...
His 800 pr is better than Danielson but I would still say Danielson takes the record for the best runner to be sentenced to significant prison time for murder.
Naw...I'd say David Mack takes the cake. Rumored to have murdered Notorious BIG and served time. 1:43.35 to be exact.

1:14.15, 1:43.35, 2:16.90 -- in 1985 and 1986!
Those times could have been making U.S. national teams as recently as...2024. (2024 trials: Hoppel 1:42.7, Kessler 1:43.6, Miller 1:43.9.)

Zing!
So as all of you read this, there's this old USA saying:
You are free to make choices but are not free from the consequences that come with those choices. In other words, you can be held accountable for your choices.
He made the choice to track this person down and confront him. He made the choice to continue a senseless life ending encounter.
There were other choices. The fortunate thing for the rest of you is that there are plenty of easy choices to make when faced with this situation.
First thing a lot of people should do when faced with an ex dating someone new in the same locale is to take a break from your phone. Second thing, stop the going out and the drinking (and drugs). If you get hammered drunk and are mentally haywire going in, it makes for a disastrous recipe. So don't. Third thing, RUN, keep the endorphins up and make yourself tired with the personal high level upkeep. Repeat.
The authorities are calling this premeditated. He's done. I won't say he will be a target in prison but he is going to have to fight to prove himself. One on one, even two on one is possible. But three or more on one? Very difficult odds to survive.

It is not the worst thing to have a coach who prioritizes running over everything. Not only do I still run but I feel like if I ever coach again, I will SEE the PERSON much better, rather than just hope they will help us to win. I thought my coach was a sprint coach and knew very little about distance running, but regardless, he had his priorities straight! He was like a second father.
