One can assume that the athletic director at Rowan did his due diligence to find out what the team rule violation involving Seth actually was, because if that is not the case then the athletic director at Rowan would not only potentially put his own job on the line but also do damage to the team as a whole. For example in the case of an athlete doping any other athlete coming into contact with that athlete if the athlete had been punished - would be penalizing themselves. I can't remember the exact rule but it's something along those lines.
