If your ego is so large you need people to change up the singular-plural pronoun game just for you, then your ego might as well be another person you're carrying around with you and in which case maybe you should be referred to as they/them in the third person.
But none of our five split personalities is OK with that. It sickens all of us. We'll be calling Nikki ''she/her''. If she becomes Nicholas, we'll have no problem calling him he/him at that point, but not a moment before.
