If you're talking about actual sex, then no. If you're talking about pretty much anything else, then yes.

Just so you know, shielding your kids from the realities of how people are in this world won't keep them from being gay or bisexual. We are who we are, and we are attracted to who we are attracted to. My uber liberal parents had gay friends who were at the house frequently when I was a kid in the 70s. I knew they were gay. I knew my parents were fully supportive of the fact that they were gay. I am not gay. Never had a question that I like women.

If you went, even accidentally, to a gay pride parade, and someone handed you a pamphlet, would that turn you gay? No? Same will be with your kids. They will either be gay or staight or somewhere in between, and nothing you did or didn't do will make any damn difference.

Gay people come from all backgrounds...liberal, conservative, and everywhere in between. Just love your kids and hope they find someone to love one day.

I was actually wondering how that would be received when I saw it, especially globally since there’s such a range in progressiveness/liberalism. I think I’d react differently than you but I see your point because it was out there for an opening ceremony.

In their zeal to be inclusive, organizations have included people of different races, women & men in their advertising, promos, PSAs. Now they have given in to including people by their sexual preferences/identities/whatever. So everything is sexualized, even for kids. They are called bigots for not including drag queens, trans & bi-sexuals. Predators, perverts & pedophiles are winning their way into the mainstream.

Hate to see some Christians thumping their Bible about protecting kids when the largest Christian Church is responsible for some of the most widespread and consistent abuses of children that three Popes in a row have been forced to apologize for.
