The only thing good about Jeepers Creepers was the chick was pretty hot.

Have you seen those previews for in the hills or something like that. Now that movie looks freaky. Also, I thought Signs was amazingly well done. First of all, anything with aliens freaks me out. Then the way that you never really saw the alien for more then a few seconds until the very end was genius. It was like every time you got a small glimpse of an alien it sent chills up your spine. There is the first time Mel Gibson sees the Alien on the roof of the barn, then the leg in the cornfield, the hand in the pantry at the vetrinarians, the sounds of the aliens on the outside of the house, then the arm in the cellar. It gives me chills just thinking about it.
It's called The Hills Have Eyes - it's a remake.

Yeah, but he kinda ruined it all by having the alien in its entirety enter the house. Kinda ruined the whole element of mystery. (Yes, I know we saw an entire alien on the video tape, but if they had just left it at that it would've been fine still).
Some newer stuff:
In SAW, when the photographer kid (Adam) is at his apartment and the guy in the pig mask comes out of the closet and grabs him.
Somebody told me it was going to happen before it happened and it still scared the piss out of me.
In Saw 2, where the girl reaches for the antidoes and gets her wrists stuck in all those razors or whatever they were.
Blood everywhere.
For some reason, that messed me up for a while.
Also, after I watched the Ring, I refused to watch tv for 2 weeks. That movie messed me up bad.
Cant believe no one here has mentioned anything from The Grudge yet, by the way.
How about when sarah michelle geller is showering, and the woman's hand comes out of her head?

I thought Signs was really good also. Really scared the crap out of me in a few scenes.
Also, House on Haunted Hill was a pretty good scary movie, and I don't typically like scary movies at all.
Nemo In Slumberland. That movie freaked me out when I was little. I'm not sure if anyone here's seen it, but it was pretty cool.
Gozu. Anybody who has seen this will understand. The part where the woman gives birth to the fullt grown man- that's disturbing.
Kichiku. The shotgun/vagina scene- that's scary.
Ichi the Killer- when ichi gets a hard on watching the woman getting raped. He then kills the rapist, and this short dialouge follows:
Woman who was being raped: Thank you!
Ichi: There, now he's not going to rape you anymore.....I am instead.
He than proceed to kick her in the neck(he has a razor blade on his shoe) and cut her throat
Sorry, the second one should have said AlienSSSSS.
The scene in Misery when Kathy Bates sledgehammer's the guys ankles.
The entire movie "Man Bites Dog" was disturbing.

oh that was awful; se7en is really well done: "what's in the box" paltrow getting beheaded had me f***ed up for a while
that was the worst damn movie i ever wasted my hard-earned cash on. the only thing that made it worthwhile was that the pretty girl in the tight sweater thought it was scary. or at least pretended to.

Yeah we have no idea what you're talking about.
the one scene that has always made me flinch was in the movie Event Horizon.
the first first scene in the movie, we get shocked by the appearance of the good doctor's wife in his mirror- and she has no eyes.
then we meet her again when he's in the passageway with the lights blinking on and off. again, creepy. i don't know what it is, but naked ladies with empty sockets are frightening.
the rest of the movie wasn't that scary, but it was pretty good. that eyeless chick though... *shudder*
pablo, if you thought Jeepers Creepers was scary, you've been sampling too much of your product, amigo.
the event horizon ship's log scene was F*CKED. anyone thats seen the movie knows what im talking about.
How about the scene in Star Trek 2- Wrath of Kahn when those slugs were put into the guys helmets and then crawled into their ears? That was very disconcerting to my 10 year old brain.
